What ages do you cater for?

Our tents are best suited for children 5-16 years old.

Is the setup included in the price?

Yes, we like to make your party as affordable as possible. Setup takes approximately 1-2 hours depending on amount of tents, and we will contact you the week of your party to confirm the time.

How much room will I need?

Each tent requires approximately 6.5ft depth and 3ft width, and are around 5ft high. There are many different configurations we can do depending on the size of the room.

How long do I have the tents?

Usually, tents are set up by midafternoon the day of party and collected by 12:00 PM the following day. If you would like to extend your party for an additional fee, this can be done.

Do you provide
pillows?

There will be decorative pillows to add to the theme but for hygiene reasons, we do not supply sleeping pillows.

Are the linens laundered?

Yes, all linens are laundered and sanitized following each party. We have now implemented a 7 day hold on reusing any items from the day they are picked up till they can be sent out again.

Do I need
power?

No, all the tent lights are powered by batteries which we supply.

How long in advance do I need to book a party?

We highly recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks prior to the party to assure your desired date.

Can additional tents be added to the package?

Sure, we can add more tents for a fee of $80.00/tent.

Are tents only rented for birthday parties?

No, we celebrate everything! We've hosted scout troops and teams too. We find that weekend family reunions are extra special for the little ones when they get to sleep in our tents. Our BESTIE package is also a big hit!

Can the tents be used outside?

No, sorry our tents are for inside use only.

If there is a theme that I do not see listed, do I have more options?

We love to be creative so just let us know your idea and we will do our best to make it happen.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

When booking a party, we require a deposit within 2 weeks to secure the date. Any party cancelled 45 or more days prior to the party will be completely refunded. We here at CC Slumber Party are moms too and understand that kids get sick and life happens. If this occurs, do not panic; we will hold the deposit and work together to choose another available date. :)
